My friend came back from a sporting event today, she’d taken some students to an event and said her skin felt really hot. It was hot, not from sunburn, but from being cooked in the heat. The heat has dehydrated my thinking and sucked all the life out of it. These few sentences are the best I can do tonight. It certainly hasn’t felt like a four day week! There have been some great wins this week though and I feel like my energy has shifted slowly in the right direction.

Joh, I hear you about the hot weather. We’ve had 2 weeks or more of it here. I can handle it to a point, but when it’s still hot in the morning, it’s hard to handle. It will be cooler soon!
I love the heat too, but it does wear you down after a long stint of it! I hope your cool change arrives.
