I have been trying for the past couple of days to book a flight for Tom home from Hamilton Island with Jetstar. After shopping around the websites for the best match (direct, $$$, times), I found their flights to be a perfect fit. I just can’t get past the passenger details page. It’s very annoying. I’ve even sent a customer service email… still not working.
The astrologers are mentioning an impending Mercury retrograde and recommending computer backups and so forth. Perhaps this is the first sign for me.

Maybe the stars are trying to tell you that if he is big enough to live thousands of miles away from home, he might just be able to book his own flights. They do have phones and internet etc in Queensland.

have you tried user another browser? i tried to book ferry tickets to rottnest island using firefox and later found out that the booking system only works on IE.

Thanks for the advice. I’ve tried IE and Opera so far. The nice thing is that someone from Jetstar emailed me this morning and so hopefully I will get it sorted out
